The best customer service I had so far..the girls are super nice ..Payton was the sweetest and really helpful..I definitely will come back..

Cute clothes. Too pricey for location and clothing. I can go to at least 5 different stores in that mall and find things of their quality for a fraction of the cost.

I used to like it but now the girl’s that work there are very rude they are not helpful and they make you feel like if you were stealing something. I have three girls and I would always go buy dresses for them but now I rather go to the Windsor in Plaza Bonita.nHave a customer service training for those girls.nThe most important thing is customer service for your store sales.ud83dude1eud83dude1eud83dude1e Very disappointed

Very cute dresses. However they are all junior sizes so beware of high expectations perceived from the models in advertisements from this store. I almost couldn’t fit all but 2/6 dresses I tried on :/

The people in costumer service are very rude. I bought a dress for a event, but i also liked another which my boyfriend bought on November 26th and received no receipt. I tried to call the store but my boyfriend bought the dress minutes before they closed so he had to call the next morning. He was told that they can just look up the dress and see it in the system that he had TWO weeks to return it , to just say he talked to someone named Brooke. So i walk in there on October 3rd to return the dress. Its barely been a week, mind you i have two weeks. I go up to the lady at the register and explain to her the situation and she calls someone on the phone. She states that Brooke said it was a while ago. So she seemed hesitant to do the return and kept repeating that i should have brought it earlier because the limit is two weeks. I told her it hasnt been two weeks that she could go into the system and look up the dress but she refused. I dont know if she had a bad day or what but she became really rude because she told me she couldnt return it. While this is going on theres a line of people and i felt bad but there was two registers and the rest of the employees were free. One was even by the door on her phone. My boyfriend asked her if she could try the other register and the employee snapped and said “ITS THE SAME THING , DO YOU WANT ME TO TRY THAT ONE TOO”. She started becoming aggressive so another employee stepped in and asked for my number and i gave it so i could come again the following day. I don't appreciate how i was treated in front of everyone when i simply just was trying to return a item that I was told i could. I told them to check the phone records and too look the dress up in the system but nothing was done. Last time i shop there.
