I have been banking for a long time and have used many banks and credit unions. I am thrilled to have stumbled upon sound credit union. The staff at the everett branch go above and beyond to make every visit as enjoyable as possible. always a smile and that personal touch that you don't see anymore. I highly recommend checking them out.
Been working with this credit union for 30+ years. I am so glad that satellite branches are opening in the early days I ventured into downtown Seattle every couple weeks. Great products, great people there to help and better than fair value!
I arrived and two women discussed for who attended me. When one of them did it, was with bad manners. Frankly they make me feel so discriminated.
Wish it opened earlier and sent paper Bill's in the mail.
