Every time I come in here there's usually 2-3 people behind the desk but you still have to wait for five minutes to be helped. Once somebody does help you, they're usually rude. I've been banking with the Sultan Coastal for many years and never had any issues like I do at this branch.
When I managed for a nearby gas station, I visited this location often with the daily deposit. Would take upto 30 minutes to have it counted due to the amounts yet they had had a counting machine. Emerald was always courteous and pleasant to chat with during the wait.
