Greeter at door only wearing face shield rather than an actual mask and holding the door so you have to walk right next to him about a foot away to get inside. Also, the associate we talked to, while he seemed very nice and competent, had his mask on below his nose. Happy to change my review if these are fixed.
I live in the south of Everett, I used to go the branch located at Everett mall which is close to my home, I suddenly found out Jill the branch manager been transferred to sliver lake location, she is my most favorite banker all the time. Now I go to this branch every time I need bank services. Jill she is such a great and professional and effective banker. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has any question with regard of BOA.
