I came in last week and bought a shampoo, a conditioner, some styling product and a nail polish. I was never told that anything was not able to returned, there are no signs saying anything about items not allowed to be returned. I went in just now to return the conditioner, the styling product and the nail polish. I didn't open anything, just decided the products weren't exactly what I wanted and the nail polish looked COMPLETELY different outside the store. So i grabbed a different conditioner and went to return my items. Apparently they don't return clearance items, the product was clearance, or nail polish because of COVID. I would NOT in any way be upset, EXCEPT I wasn't told ANY of these things were not able to be returned. I used to love coming here, but no longer. Also, a LOT, like almost every bottle, of nail polish is either completely separated or looks like a lump of concrete, telling me they are old. The receipt doesn't say anything about items that are not returnable. VERY, VERY disappointed to say the least. That's almost $20, that's a lot to lose, i totally feel like this was deceitful.

Was not happy with my experience here. The treatment I recieved was so poor that I won't ever step foot in here again. I understand they have return policies, but when you are told different things multiple times from the same girls and then you're treated like you are making things up is not okay. I'm in customer service enough to know that it doesn't take much to be understanding and kind to your customers. There are ways to handle situations, but gossiping, dirty looks and treating customer's poorly is not the way to do it.

High turn over of staff. Not the most knowledgeable on their supplies. Probably should know what you need before coming in because they won't know how to answer any questions. Good deals on holiday stuff. Sally's is better for clippers and has a nicer staff.
