Loved it! Got so many school clothes n baby gifts for super cheap
Customer service 0 stars lady with the curly hair was rude and a liar she said they do not do a discount when you spend 100 or more they can do 15% or 20% off and she just didn't want to help
Man I always get emails saying they are having good deals going on right now. So when I got this one email stating buy one get two free I was like sure why not my boy's need bigger clothes so I went in and picked out 6 pairs each for them just to find out that wasn't the deal never again will I go in there again no matter the deal not only was that the case their clothes all had the same tags on them but clearly were different sizes just a waste of time and money...
I love osh kosh b'gosh. I prefer to shop online so it's easier to resist impulse buys but their sizing is wonky on my daughter so I need to go in to have her try stuff on. Their clearance racks have great deals. Lines can take a long time on the weekends and sometimes my rewards are off after going to this store.
one of the salespeople was very rude to my mom when she had a question about sizing in the kids clothes. she did not wanna help and was rudely questioning another employee when she found out that she was looking for the size we needed. the first lady said that she had already looked for the sizes, and that what they had on the tables was all they had. she also said that a specific shirt only came to a size 24M, when it was on the table up to 5T. but when other customers came in with similar questions, she treated them differently. all i can say is that the customer service w that lady wasnt very good at all and my mother made sure to let her know.
