I was there at the Tulalip branch on August 28, 2020 at around 1530. I wasn’t able to get the name of the young, male sales rep who attended to us. He was rude, impatient, and seemed not happy we were there. I would understand if it was busy that time but it was not. I hate to say this but I think, he treated us that way because we are Asians. By the way, my daughter overheard them talking about how irritated they feel about how other nationalities speak English. I won’t go into this store again. Terrible experience.
This store is absolutely fantastic! I love the inclusiveness and the atmosphere is welcoming. If you're in need of a new pair of formal or punk style shoes this is the place!
The person working here answered all of my questions and was super knowledgeable about the products. I felt super at ease and was very happy with my purchase!
The staff is very helpful and friendly.
