Amazing place to get exactly what you need.
Worst customer service.
The staff is not knowledgeable about their shoes or policies. Very rude and short. Find somewhere else to shop!nnIn response to response- you respond SEVEN months after I visit- way to be on top of your customer service! Actually I came in there twice. Once to find shoes for my daughter and once to return shoes. Your manager told me it would be ok to exchange after I told her the situation. I came to do the exchange and now the manager is saying nope can’t do that. After that I still made a purchase in your store. I was lied to and misled. Your company sucks in customer service. MY REVIEW IS COMPLETELY FAIR YOU JUST DON’T LIKE IT.
