Bought a pair of watches online, one for men and another for women's. One of the watches had damage on one of its straps, we decided to stop by the store and see if we can either return or exchange it. The agent called what looked like the manager, and first hand they did not have any name tags on. The woman had an attitude about my concern, she said that the watch was final sale which it did not say online when I checked, not in the receipt or the packing slip that it came with. I am disappointed with how she was during the transaction. She scoffed and laughed a little at how minor the damage to the strap was, but still it was not our fault that it came like that. Wish we went to a different store
Super annoying and pushy staff. Size selection was pretty abysmal, lots of shoes are badly organized. Horrible customer service experience.
Great bargains, but you have to get the right staff member to get the right service.
