Just poped in out of the blue because i was patronizing another store and i was lucky enough to run into KJ ( i do hope i have your name right!!) She was incredibly knowledgable and helpful and i was very excited after talking to her and buying the products she recomended after looking for years for a resolution for my dogs. There are very few businesses that could even come close in matching the customer service that Carlsbad Pet and Feed provides. They take care of you, they listen to you, and they treat your pet as their own. Their products are of the highest level and they always make sure you are satisfied. I have to be honest, I've talked the owner's ear off (Karen) multiple times. She always makes time. I appreciate their amazing kindness and dedication to their customers. In this day and age, to find a business that remembers you each time you walk in the door is a rarity. Thank you for taking care of our dog and our community.
Great little shop with super nice people.nnAs far as pet food industry now we feed our pets pig meat? I thought that was a no no?nnAnyway I'm a big fan of home cooking and don't believe in feeding my pets little furry precious lambs, duck, and surely not pigs.nnWhat is going on?
Stopped in here yesterday while visiting Carlsbad CA for some doggie poop bags (forgot to bring any on the trip) and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent (very low) price! The person working there was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go here again for any other dog needs when in the area.
