My husband and I were there on 8/28/20 to get him new shoe inserts and were assisted by Stu. Not only was Stu welcoming, but he made our experience one we won't forget; never had we been treated with such attention and kindness. Although we are moving out of the San Diego area, I would highly recommend Road Runner's Solana Beach location! The staff has always been friendly, knowledgable, and efficient during our time living in the area, but especially Stu! Also, it's in a great location to enjoy other shopping, cafe's, and restaurant's; very cute area!
the staff here are super friendly and helpful! great customer service here! really impressed by that. the only thing I dislike about this store is that they don’t have a ton of options in my opinion. there wasn’t a lot to choose from. also another thing is that the process of getting fitted and trying things on takes a real long time. Personally I don’t really prefer spending this long shopping but it is great for those who really want to invest in their shoes and learn about each one and find the best fit, but for me I didn’t fall in love with any of the shoes I tried given the limited options. But the return and exchange policy is a really great service and I really like that. Lastly the prices here are pretty high compared to other stores, you can get shoes 20-30$ cheaper at other places. But if you are really looking to invest in shoes, it is a pretty good place
Stu was very and friendly, patient and knowledgable. He assisted me in finding shoes to fit my feet and have enough support to help my hips. I definitely recommend trying out this store in Solana Beach!
