We had called in asking to exchange a pair of sandals that we had ordered online. We were told it wasn’t a problem to exchange in store, and they even checked that they had the same shoes in stock.nnWhen we arrived, customer service was minimal, but we gave them our sandals and they came out of with a size that fit much better. It wasn’t until we were at the register that it was sprung on us that the new sandals would be an additional charge. When we asked for the equivalent model to ours, they said there weren’t any available.nnI’m not as upset about the additional charge as I am about how the information was (or in this case, was not) communicated. We called and they even double checked to see if they had it in stock, then again when we went out of our way to drive to this location and tried it on they gave us the “same” pair, only to be told at checkout that it wasn’t the same and would cost more. The level of customer service was not what I expected.

I really enjoyed my experience at this location. The young lady at the counter was very kind and helpful with a previous purchase I had made. We were so pleased with the return that we bought one more pair. After talking to my dad about the service we decided to go back within a few hours to buy him some sandals as well. Definitly recommend this location.

I bought a pair of Merrill sandals in less than ten minutes. Every sporting town by the beach should have a store with a selection this complete and well-curated.nnDid I write the some hundred words necessary for scoring a “quality” review here on Google Maps? Maybe not but sometimes all that needs to be said can be said in 29 words.nnThe store noted they have an Amazon page in case I can’t find the compulsion to move near this top surfer town of little oaks and much more in the nearby Botanical Garden. Hmmm, can’t think of anymore jog-on cities where one can eat well, dress well, beach well, walk well (be ambitious and relaxed at the same time while riffing a run-on rap that will satisfy a point score one doesn’t really care about because the only reputation chasing happens on Yelp (yeah) and Google Maps has first mover advantage and Apple Maps have come along well, but that company always messes with my App Store flow, so, there you go many words to a radio playable 3 minute song you turned off after the first 39 seconds.)
