I adore rhis store in Carlsbad. Very friendly stuff, help you wirh everything, all the clothes are so good quality and models.
The store manager is anything but helpful. Seemed bothered to answer a question, perhaps she needs to get off her high horse! I wouldn’t go back to this store if they were giving out free clothing.
I go all the time. Love how the clothes fit.
I have shopped at Talbots for over 25 years. This is a very nice store with great products. I must have arrived at bad time, the manager told me she did not have all of her stock out and that it would be better to come back next week. Oh well, I guess I need to find another store or go online.
I usually choose this Talbots because they have a large shoe selection but that wasn't the case this time. The service was not bad but could be better. My whole wardrobe is Talbots so I am very familiar with the products, more than the staff usually.
