When we got our sweet kitties last year, the staff at Paddywack worked with us to help them transition from their previous food to a more varied diet in a way that best fit their nutritional needs and our budget. With the current pandemic, they have made curbside pickup and in-store shipping feel safe. When we were looking for some new toys and collars, they sent us multiple pictures of options to help us choose without having to go into the store, and everything was ready the same day! On top of that, their frequent buyer program has helped keep food and supplies more affordable. We've been so impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the Paddywack staff, as well as their advocacy for supporting local & ethical businesses for their suppliers. We are so lucky to have this store in our area!

I've been here a dozen times and always think the same thing. The workers are kind and helpful, the products are high-quality, and it's fun to find an excuse to go to the town center. But it's more expensive than a typical pet store. If price doesn't scare you, then check it out! But I always leave without buying anything, even when I know exactly what I'm looking for.

The only store I buy pet products from! They have an amazing selection of high quality pet food, toys, beds, health products, and more. The best staff and amazing customer service. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I’m so thankful for Paddywack! Their angel program and free pantry helped a family member in need over the summer. 2020 hit hard, but I was able to keep purchasing from Paddywack thanks to their rewards program and helpfulness finding affordable food for our cat.nnThey still offer curbside pickup which is fast and easy, so all we have to do is order via the website, get an email, and call. They bring the food out, and we are on our way!nnI also love their staff...fun people who are interested in their work and your pets. I feel good supporting Paddywack because of how they take care of their employees and how involved they are with their community. Xander is one happy cat!

We love Paddywack!! I wish we could give the team at PW a billion stars. We don’t know what we’d do without them! Our dog Monte doesn’t know what he’d do without being able to see “his ladies!” They are always willing to special order for us, talk about product, go the extra mile. And when we come into the store they are always so kind and Monte adores them. Paddywack’s selection of product is first class and they’re so knowledgeable!
