Helpful nice and are taking Covid seriously
Everyone that I’ve interacted with is very knowledgeable and kind. Truly appreciate them all. Love all the variety of toys, food and treats they carry for my dogs from cod skin, bully sticks, yak sticks, selection for small bites for my small yorkie as well as tough bones for my bigger newfy/poodle mix dog.
We had to either wash our hands at a portable sink with soap or sanitize our gloves before entering store to shop. People were friendly while still asking for compliance. Was happy to be there and felt safe.
This store discriminates against people with disabilities and who cannot wear a mask. I love to support small businesses but will be buying from other stores who let me shop in person and don’t make me feel small due to my disability. I have been a loyal customer for years. You have lost my business. It’s a shame I thought you’d be more inclusive than this.
Folks are friendly and knowledgeable. Always ready to answer any wss questions you have as about pet health
