I wish I could leave zero stars. The staff if VERY rude and has zero idea how to treat customers. I seriously have never had such a bad retail experience. Do not shop here—the staff and manager are all a nightmare. I will also say that I used to be a loyal customer, but the quality of this brand has severely declined (so many synthetic fabrics) while it seems the prices have gone up. Add to this the lack of friendly staff and good service and you should take your business elsewhere, which is what I will be doing from now on.
Thier sales are great..that's when you buy.
Worst customer service! No more than 20 min ago I was at their store at Fashion Valley, San Diego, CA, and one of their employees accused me of taking out a piece out of another girls’ fitting room. I asked her if she could check the security cam to verify what really happened and instead of doing so she took the piece out of my hands while doing a tantrum. Unacceptable!
it was the worst experience ever, first i wanted to exchange a shoe because it was small, they said i can, days later i go back and they say i cant return it, they were really rude and told us to read the policy ourself and would not tell us where it is.then at last she said get out of here i need to close the store, unacceptable. the manager was so rude June 7 2017 time 8:30 fashion valley san diego i hate this store
