Superior customer service. The place has changed a lot, for the better, over the last few years. The associate who helped me had extensive knowledge and went above and beyond to help me exchange an incorrect item I had received from an online purchase. The item I had wanted was out of stock in store and online, but she was able to honor the original online price for a similar item in store. Just about the best outcome you could ask for. Also it was friendly and nice smelling in there.
I absolutely love Abercrombie! It's usually pretty organized and it always smells good. It's a little in the expensive side but their clothes fit me very well, so it's worth it. The fashion valley location has just been remodeled and reopened and is way more beautiful and on the fancier side than their other ones. Love it!
The staff was very helpful. Loved the scent in the air.
I was shopping for some new jeans and Natalia was very helpful. She was very committed to her job even though it was Christmas Eve! Very good service! Definitely suggest coming here.
