Got Ugg’s slippers here and they stain the bottom of my feet and socks peer black I’m. Paid to much for this to happen
Does not answer their phone. Called multiple times, customer service skills non-existent.
Excellent customer service! Anyone who says otherwise has never worked in retail. Spoke with Montana today, she was able to answer all my questions and even verified with her manager to ensure they could help me out.
Friendly staff.
They have brought me 2 different pairs of boots out both had scuffs on them. For 150$ they should not be trying to sell people scuffed up shoes.
