Friendly and helpful staff. I typically do not come here but made a stop to buy a book for a friend. They had a good selection of books but I didn’t see anything “home” related as their sign outside indicates. Overall positive experience and the store was clean, organized and well maintained. Did not like the “self-checkout”. It took more time and seemed strange to do with a full staff of humans working whilst doing it.

I usually love urban outfitters and have made large purchases from them before. The set up and design of this urban outfitters is quite nice, however, I’m sad to say the customer service was just awful. Not once did someone ask me if I needed anything or even greet me when I was in the store and it was not even busy. After looking around for awhile I didn’t really see much I was interested in and ended up just purchasing a bracelet I saw on my way in. When I went to checkout, the cashier patronized me about only buying one small item. At first, I thought it was a joke but as she continued I realized she appeared to be class shaming me without any information about myself whatsoever. Sarcastically she expressed that they appreciated the business even if it was only one small item and she proceeded to say I’d get the small discount for signing up and implied it didn’t matter anyways because I only bought one bracelet. I’m not one to write reviews but the utter disrespect from this girl working the cash register does not make me want to return to this location.
