It always gives me anxiety to leave my dog with anyone, but I gave this place a try after not being fully satisfied with another groomer I tried. First star, loved that scheduling the appointment was so easy! I love that it was online, reminded me by text and email. Second star, as soon as I walked in, it looked and smelled clean and had a calm feeling - Didn’t see or hear any barking or crying yelping dogs; no showcases of cages. Third star, the groomer was kind, gentle and patient when bringing my dog back to the grooming area. Fourth star: when I got my dog back, his nails were properly trimmed, teeth cleaned and smelled amazing. He was happy and not trembling or shaking, as he normally hates his paws being touched, water and blow dryers. Five stars: The price was great too. Have just scheduled my next appointment right before writing this review. Love them. So glad I have finally found a new groomer.
Gabriel Feitosa, Abram, and staff are always so nice. Seeing their smiles as I walk in their salon make me feel very welcomed. When it's time to pick up my fur baby she always smells so nice and looks so pretty. I appreciate it when they put a scarf or cute hair bows on her hair. Thank you very much for grooming my Layla Coco Chanel.
This place is hands-down one of the best groomers in the city. The service here is so cool you want to keep coming back and back and back. The girl Liz at the front was so helpful I gave her a pat on the back. Thanks to this place my French bulldog is clean as a whistle.
My dog had a great haircut there. I was very scared trying a new place, her normal gromer who comes to the house truck broke down. In her almost 7 years all haircuts have been at home in a truck parked outside my house. I spied on her from the window often, after all she is my baby.
Everything about Gabriel Feitosa grooming is amazing! He is like a tio to my fur babies. They wag their tails and get so excited when they go to see him. My one pup is very timid and has always been nervous around groomers. But when she see’s Gabriel, she gets so excited and wags her tail and even tinkles herself. I’ve been taking her to Gabriel’s for over a year and we go on a weekly basis because he has an amazing deal for your fur baby to get unlimited baths for a low monthly price. The team is amazing! The quality of service is fantastic. I highly recommend Gabriel and his team!
