Had my dog groomed here. Deanna (I believe was her name, sorry if I'm wrong!) Took care of my pup, Arnold. She did a great job. First time he's ever come back from a grooming (vet, petco, or me) where he didn't have any nicks. She took extra care if him despite his serious dislike of grooming. Truly appreciate the care, worth every penny. I'll definitely be back!
Great place to take your dog for complete grooming. Our dog is very squirmy for nail trimming but these folks seem to have the magic touch (and kind patienceud83dude07ud83dude07ud83dude07), To get that task done!
I took my puppy to be groomed, and Erica S. was very sweet and professional when I met her. My puppy was a bit nervous (it was her first time), but Erica put her at ease. I could tell when I picked up my puppy that she was comfortable with her groomer. Erica took her time and eased my puppy into the process. Nothing extreme. And best of all, puppy looked great. I will definitely be returning!
In general a good place for a wash but NOT around thanksgiving or christmas apparently. They asked me to leave my dog for four hours for a bath which would be traumatizing for him (he wines and yowls the whole time). On other times they have been great. Would have been nice to be informed ahead of time of arrival that today's appointment was different than all others.
This was Daisy's first grooming experience here though I have used the self wash for years. Erika was on time and done by the time i finished Costco shopping. I asked for short and Daisy is a doll with her summer due and is a happy pup!
