The service is great, the groomers is great, the clothing selection & accessories collection is extensive, it's just cost an arm & a leg! I love the way they cut my dogs hair though, always comes out nice & cute. The blueberry facial smells amazing too.
They’re quick and do a great job! Reasonable prices and they take care of my pups while in their care. Kim does a phenomenal job with our little fur babies.
Manager called me a few days ago apologizing about incident and offered to exchange the color of my bag (I did). I appreciate the follow up, although it came a little late. I will buy from this store again, but with caution and make sure I ask about final sales on big purchases.
I've brought my dog here to get washed for two years, and I've never had a problem. The last two times were a different story. On each occasion, I got my dog back still wet all over and not particularly clean smelling. She was still shedding hair, too. I had two years of appointments where I got her back dry, and smelling fresh so it definitely struck me as odd.nMore importantly, two days after my latest two appointments, my dog was in widespread pain. She became lethargic, was constantly panting and would flinch everytime she was touched. Before I realized what was going on, I tried to pet her to comfort her causing her let out a horrible yelp. She even whipped around and almost bit me - something she has NEVER done. Her skin was obviously causing her pain. The first time I chalked it up to coincidence that she became ill right after coming here, but after the second time I'm convinced it's related to the wash. I don't know if it's different products or difference in technique by new groomers. Regardless, I cannot subject my dog to the trauma of being washed here again. :(
Trimmed our cats nails. We did not know how she would react to other animals and other people. They did a great job quickly and efficiently. Really nice people. Did a good job. Highly recommended.
