I just went in to pick up some batteries. Before giving the batteries he took my hearing aids and thoroughly cleaned them, replaced the tips and fixed a part that had come loose. Excellent customer service.
My hearing test was more than I expected , very thorough and I was surprised to know that I have some hearing loss . I believe everyone should have a hearing test ,you may be surprised too.
