Salesperson Katie was extraordinary! She spent at least 1 1/2 hours (maybe closer to 2 hours) helping my son get all the gear needed for his trade school program. She helped him find pants, boots, and rain gear all while being informative and patient. She managed to help someone who hates to shop have an awesome experience. Worn n More had everything we needed in one stop. Thank you, Katie and Lynnwood Work n More.
I can't give this company a 1/2 star so one will have to do. I used to go here often until I found out how badly they treat loyal workers. I for one will never go back.
This store lost a potential $200.00 dollar sale today because I wasn't wearing a mask. They could have easily stayed 6 ft. Away, but they chose to lose the sale.
Katie and Katelynn were literally the best!! I stopped by looking for a construction calculator because I had no idea what kind I was looking for or where I would find it (it’s a gift for someone). They went above and beyond any expectations I could’ve had. They looked up different models and even directed me to a store that carries them. These ladies offered amazing customer service with a cheery disposition. I highly recommend this location for all your related needs, they will definitely take care of you!
