What kind of bank doesn’t have a coin counter? Safeway, has a coin counter. But this bank doesn’t? Absolutely worthless. And the obese lady behind the counter? Kind of an A-hole about not having one.
I made an appointment to see the mortgage specialist and what a nightmare to deal with this guy. I was so sad that Chase Bank is represented by this guy.
every few months I find my account has lost services that were available and included within the fees charged. there is a charge for almost everything, or Worse they come out with a limited way to do banking.After the bailout I would think the banks would reach out to us, not more of the greed our broken banking system perpetuates.
I went there to notarize a very important document, the guy who was there to help me was not oriented at all,did it the wrong way,didn't stamp the right part,was just asking personal questions had I had only one copy of that form , so I got into trouble to do that again somewhere else.
