Went in to deposit A LOT of my tips from work, which was all in ones and also another 100 or so in change I had rolled. An employee named Dena was VERY helpful. She was very sweet and made the process easy. Thank you dena.
The best location I have tried. I have been with Bank of America 4 years but like this location and the stuff I have seen. I recommend them to anyone needs help or wants to open an account.
I have a business account with Bank of America for over 3 years now and this is the usual branch I use. The teller named Gayle has always been extremely Rude. (Not to mention the line of people and there always being 1 person working) I’ve spoke with the manager about this prior. I’ve been debating on writing this review for over year now. The only positive thing about this bank is the manager who is usually at the middle desk in the lobby or her office. She has always been super polite and Has handled most issues I have had over the years that’s the only reason I haven't switched to a different bank.

Worst customer service I've experienced from a bank. Tony which is the store manager is a pos of a human who lies and makes up fake policies just so he doesn't have to work....
