Do not bank here! Very poor customer service and unprofessional people. I tried to make an appointment to open a business account, but they seemed very incompetent as to what they needed from me. So, I took my business elsewhere. I had all of the required legal documents and they told me they couldn't open our account until they reviewed all of the documents which sounded like it may take a few days. They actually told me it would be better for me to go to another bank! Fools.
Th employees are rude. Its pretty awkward in there.
Customer service is significantly inferior to other branches. It is also inexperienced to count money, and it takes about 10 minutes at other locations, and 20-30 minutes each. Everyone who has no coins at this time is the same, but I don't know how to understand if I give 10$ of Penny to the person next to me, but only 2-3 dollars for me.
