Bought a faulty item there once, they exchanged it (puffbar). I buy this item all the time, now another faulty one they refused to exchange (second time only). Not sure if they think I am trying to scam them or what but now I am out 15 dollars and have to deal with customer support myself instead of them just claiming back a faulty device. Thank you to the owner for being disgruntled and rude. You handled the situation very unprofessionally. I will not come back to your store and I'm telling my friends and locals in mtlk terrace to do the same.
Clean, well planned, friendly staff. It seems they have updated the self checkout system. It was much faster than in the past.
People seem nice if somewhat reserved. Prices ok. Cold drinks are not very cold as many markets turn down the cooler temps to save money. I try to avoid those stores.
Has a great selection of lighters and torch's, smoking equipment and utensils, everything in between! I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend you check them out for yourself! Oh, and the owner/front counter worker is super nice and personable! Five stars and a double thumbs up for my rating of the 44th Market!
