Want to give a big recommendation for Pet Adventure. We just got a new puppy ud83dudc36 and they have been super helpful helping us with everything we need. Even special ordering the dog food that our puppy was used to. Such a better experience than the big box pet stores and food and products are much better quality. Shop local! Located next to QFC at Cedar Plaza.
So, I only buy from locally for my pets. We adopted COVID-Shelter cats had no idea as we have always had farm critters. We bought our 2 cat carriers, all food, all litter, all wet food and toys from Pet Adventure. Apparently we brought the nicest cat carriers the shelter has ever seen. Everyone who works there is amazing and actually remembers our pets due to videos. Lol I have read reviews about pet products online and always find something bad. Pet Adventure has not done me wrong and my critters are weird. One even has medical problems but worth it. Always have updated toys and a great selection of products. They also have high quality products. Bonus they have a buy so many items get one free so I got a cat liter bag coming next time. :)
I loved going here exclusively for my dog and chinchilla supplies. Friendly staff and good selection. However, I am going to shop at Mud Bay now because when I went to buy my #9 and #10 bag of dog food and cash in my free one, the amount needed to get that free bag went up to twelve. When I informed them I had been told it was ten the whole time I was shopping there, the owner said “oh, sorry.” Not a great way to handle business with a loyal customer, so for that reason, I’m out.
Pet adventure is great, they have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are very personable and always remember you.
Great local pet supply store. Super friendly and knowlegable staff. Will never go to a chain store again.
