Very attentive associate. I never felt rushed , or that he was tiring of me trying on so many shoes. In the end I purchased the perfect shoe for my foot and am very pleased.
I was in need of some new shoes for running and just everyday walking. The team at New Balance was great to work with as they got me fitted and gave me some recommendations. If you need some new shoes, go check them out!
Waited almost 20 minutes to be helped, asked if they could order a specific model of shoe I've purchased before that they normally carry at that store but were out of, they told me it would be several months to arrive due to covid. Found the same shoe on Amazon, it'll be here tomorrow.
Very good experience. Dillon was very helpful by using his shoe knowledge and the foot analysis machine on site to pick shoes that fit my running form.
