Good boots good store make sure you bring your boots in every six months don’t wait until there too far past repair.
Great experience. I like small stores and this one is really set up well. The salesman Leland was super helpful, polite and attentive. Very knowledgeable about the products. Customer service is top notch.
I’m a little disappointed Due to the fact I dropped off my boots to get stitched and put a new toe guard on and was told to come back on Saturday to pick up the boots two days later!nI didn’t receive a call on Saturday so I called them on Sunday and the gentleman didn’t know anything about it I believe the lady that help me was Jessica .nI Came in on Sunday explain the situation and the gentleman gave me a new pair of bootsnI am completely satisfied with this shop they are great and I will continue to buy boots from them years to come thank you redwing for being so understanding and treating me with respect due to the Miscommunication.
This store is amazing!! Best boots and super nice and helpful staff. Independently owned so love supporting a local small business! I'll never buy boots anywhere else! Can't say enough good things about this business!!
