A nicer group of Gents you could not find. Experienced, Reliable and Timely. This crew was faced with a real disarrangement that needed to be straightened out and they did a perfect job. I feel totally secure with the top notch work they do and know I can count on them to follow through. I couldn’t wait to sign a yearly service agreement with them knowing I have nothing to worry about from now on. What a relief, and such a pleasure to deal with. We set up an appointment for this company to come and give us an estimate for a mini split heating and cooling system for our house in Greenehaven, Arizona. A day before they were to arrive their secretary called and said they wanted to delay the appointment for a week. It is now a week later and they are a NO SHOW. They didn't show up, they haven't called, they have just totally shined us on. VERY POOR BUSINESS MODEL!!!
Very fast response four different times to help fix our cooling system during this hot spell. Slaylon was awesome! Great to find a young man willing to work.
Replaced old system with new replacement system. Job completed with pleasant service crew.
I highly recommand they are knowlegegable professionals that know how to get the job done and meet your heating and cooling needs.
I'm very satisfied with the work they did for me and would not hesitate to use them again should the ocasion arrise no problems a pleasure.
