My son wanted a pet so we went here and he looked around and decided on 2 Sulcata Tortoises. Mind you these are a life long commitment. Jasmine who works there answered all our questions. We went back the next day and bought them. She got us all set up with everything we needed. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer. Everything was very reasonable priced. Even though you may think it is a small store and they mark up their items( not animals) the setup was about the same or better priced. I also went back for some more questions and there was a man that helped me he was very knowledgeable of the sulcata tortoises. Thank you all. We love our new addition to the family

Eli went above and beyond here. They communicated everything and for every step of the purchase, and even put my set up together and had it ready for me when I arrived. Some of the best service I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be returning for any future needs.

My family and I have been coming to the Elk Grove location Serpentarium for about 5 years maybe longer. Every time I come, the staff makes you feel like family, they are very welcoming, they know just about everyone by first name basis and that's how you know they have excellent customer service. The customer service is beyond exceptional. The team is always willing to go over and beyond for you. The one person I would like to recognize is ELI, he is amazing in every way. He cares about his customers and all the little creatures that come in with them. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He always has the best advice. I've never had a bad experience coming here and I would highly recommend serpentarium to everyone. Thank you team for all your exceptional service.

Excellent supply of reptile feeders and an extremely knowledgable staff. They have been my go to reptile store for more than a year, ever since I moved to Sacramento.nnPlus, they have a HUGE selection of the cutest little critters you could ever want!
