Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I’m a long time Bank of America customer with multiple business accounts and holdings at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. I was instructed by Bank if America customer service to my local branch and would be able to go in and simply sign a document adding another part has an account holder to my newest account.nnMy new partner and I arrived at the bank to sign off on our new business account. We were greeted by Tatiana S. The interaction went poorly, she would not answer basic questions, and instructed they would not be able to have us sign the document that day.nnMy partner and I were told to come to our local branch and is trusted it would be easy. I eat Tatiana S. Know my partner and I had come to the bank from a far distance and it was quite inconvenient to come there again at another time. She provided a poor answer and service so I asked if she had a card so I could have her name. She said she did not have a card, so I asked for her name, she refused to provide her name. Clearly concerned I would file a complaint. So I asked to speak with a manager, which she almost refused, but I made it clear I wanted to speak with her manager.nnHer manager Manushi V. Then provided her name, and confirmed they do have cards. She would not explain why Tatiana clearly went against company policy and provided such poor service to the point she wouldn’t even provide her name to a customer.nnAt this point Manushi V. Listened to our request, we re-explained that we were both required to be at the branch location to sign a document adding an account holder and it would be difficult to reschedule. Manushi V. Explained that someone would need to log into a computer and do the form electronically. I asked her if she had the ability to do this. She explained she did, I asked her if under the circumstances if she could assist. There was a wide open computer available and not many customers in the branch.nnManushi V. Then chose as a manager whom could help her clients, to not do so.nnI know there will likely be nothing done about this situation, but Tatiana S. Should at least be replaced with someone who either has more backbone and won’t resort to lying and not giving her name, and Manushi she go through training on how to provide customer service or be demoted to a position that does not require her to actually revise service or solve problems.nnVery disheartening, and I am planning on moving my business, and investment accounts elsewhere. I hope Bank of America takes this serious, and gets rid of these individuals and gets back to providing service.

This location is horrible. Instead of heading in, knowing that it is terrible with unfriendly curt staff who try to deny you service at any opportunity, I called ahead to see if they could cancel my card and create a temporary. They said they could only do that by appointment and they were all booked up. I would need to make an appointment for sometime next week. So, like I usually do, I called the other BOA in Lynnwood. They said they also were booked up but to head on in and they would help me between appointments. Because... Duh. That’s normal. I’ve never made an appointment before and have always been seen. There may be a wait, but that’s okay. The Scriber Lake branch off of 196th is just terrible. Don’t got here if you can avoid it.

I can understand the low reviews because this is a high traffic bank so there's never enough staff to deal with a rush. However, my experience was great. I had to wait for a banker and someone came over to let me know it would be a few minutes. Shortly after I was helped. To make it even better, Monica assisted me with a separate issue and was extraordinarily kind and helpful.nnGoing to the bank can require a lot of patience, but to me the employees, especially Monica, are all very helpful.

Very very baaad service has nothing to do with banks!!

They are something wrong. They can not helping me.
