Dharma Dunn and her team did a bang up job for our transaction! They made depositing the Earnest Money and Signing documents easier by allowing my clients to use the branch closest to where they lived! First time using the Ticor Title and Escrow team in Lynnwood. There were no surprises. Everything moved through the transaction from opening T&E to closing smoothly. As a first-time customer, I was surprised that no one from the office made a personal contact call establishing a point of contact and service. Fortunately, there were no bumps and no special contact was needed.
I have been working with Dharma for years. When she moved to Ticor we moved with her. We have not been disappointed. Fantastic service, follow through and communication.
