Felt immediately obligated to write a review after teller Adam was so kind and energetic with me. Fantastic service.
Always slow service at this bank and even slower service at the drive through. My wait time is always 15+ minutes.
Honestly, I have NEVER had a BETTER experience at a bank. Every single teller is super friendly and bright. They remember me and always ask how I'm doing, even the tellers who aren't currently helping me. The manager Manny is very professional but also helpful and kind. The other manager Adam (usually behind the counter) always has a smile, a great attitude and an answer to basically any question. I bank with them for our small business but would consider switching to USBank for personal if only I lived closer to Lynnwood. It makes long, stressful work days that much better to get a small break and have such a positive experience at what is previously a chore I don't want to do.

I've been using U.S. bank for 4 years now, and many acquaintances also bank here. The service is always professional and outstanding, and all my peers agree with me. The fact that I see some reviews stating otherwise cause me to question the honesty of said reviewers. I've encountered 20+ different U.S. bank employees both new and long time workers, and never once have had any issues. Great bank and great people, I'd recommend them to anybody.
