No longer have drive thru. Does not meet what I need in a bank.
I was just trying to deposit some checks and had to wait 15 minutes only to be told by the manager that the teller gave my card to someone else. The teller didn't even have the courtesy to tell me herself, instead keeping me waiting until the manager got off her lunch break to sort out the issue, all the while my card was active and in a stranger's possession. I'm rarely speechless, but when I found out, my mouth dropped open in shock. I never did get the card replaced either, opting to just close the account after a while. I had come to this location a few other times and customer service was always lacking. Save yourself the headache and just bank with a different company because Wells Fargo is absolutely awful and doesn't care at all about it's customers.
Waiting forever in the line to do a simple transaction.nUnderstaff and don't care about the customers.nIf you have plenty of time to waste and kill, this branch is the one, but if respect your time and life, forget about this stupid branch.
Drive through ATM
Every time I come to this bank they always say “Sorry for the wait we don’t have many tellers today”. I get being short staff from time to time, but I drive through here a ton for my business deposits and I’m going to change locations for banking. You guys need to get it together. I don’t have 30 min of extra time to wait for a teller at the drive through. It’s rediculous. Get some staff already! I’m very frustrated with the service here!! Totally not cool.
