This place is a hidden treasure what nice kind caring people. This shop is a little out of the way shop. My experience was more than I expected Sidney and the other young lady I'm sorry didn't get her name were sooooo knowledgeable and so caring and beyond helpful thank you so much you all rock thank you for your help
Very kind staff! Have been going here for quite some time! They do great hair cuts for my dog Molly! She is comforting with them! I will continue coming!
Just went to this shop today to see the selection of fish. Right away when I first walked in, it smelled like a kennel, okay they have pets there but.... As I walk in their were employees setting at the front counter talking. No one greeted us; again okay maybe they were busy. I get to the fish and the first one I see is a Pea Puffer, it's lethargic and floating around ready to die. I then walk past that and see 5 containers with Betta's and 3 of the 5 seemed to be dead. Turns out several of the tanks had dead fish and plants in them. Can't forget the dead frog. We continued to walk around and look at the store since we've never been and want to support local businesses. The whole maybe 20 to 30 minutes we were in there; not one time were we greeted or asked if we had any questions or needed help. We purposely went right next to the front counter and still we were ignored. Even as we walked out, silence.nIf you want to make money or have a business that thrives, you need good quality customer service. A customer shouldn't have to chase a store owner down to get help or to feel like they are welcomed. First impressions are everything. I know a lot of people I could have sent to this store but I would not recommend this store. If your looking for fish locally, your better off at the big box store Petco or PetSmart.
Best pet shop around! Great prices, and great selection. Customer service is outstanding! Highly recommend
This was a great place a bit small but the staff made our shopping for my family and myself fun they were very friendly and great..and i was able to find my bearded dragons food
