This place has been the answer to my prayers for my son. They are caring and motivating unlike other places he has been. Spot on with his medical care and helping him get his life back on track. Do not go by the negative reviews.

I stayed here for a little over a week. It was my first time in an inpatient hospital. I am young. I was the youngest person in my unit. The staff are nice but can be triggering, they'll yell and tell us we did something wrong. they're oblivous staff. the only thing that came out of my stay was the drugs. i didnt come out with ANY coping skills. just drugs. they dont get back to you about your prescription. they dont communicate well with parents//gaurdians. Calls dont ever get through, the phone will just ring. they weigh you in front of your whole unit. food is pretty bad. you have to ask to go everywhere and ask for everything. this can also be triggering because some might not know how to ask, or theyre afraid they'll say it wrong and get punished. beds are uncomfortable, i ended up sleeping on the floor. all i got out of my stay was a new diagnoses and new medications.

I just discharged from this place. It is really great place to go to. All the staff are nice and supporting. I would go to this place again if I really need too.

Communication between administrative staff, pharmaceutical, nurses, and doctors is poor. This clinic uses a paper only system which expects patients to restart treatment if transferred between floors or wards in the same building. Social workers are overwhelmed, limited, and short tempered. Holidays and weekends are understaffed.nnNice nurses who seem overwhelmed and left to make their own decisions and recommendations to doctors. Not able to handle multiple patients in crisis at one time. If you are considering this hospital for a loved one, read the reviews by nursing staff online first. This is a hospital to get stabilized in but not a hospital to get better in. Your family member will need additional support and advocacy from you while at this clinic. These types of clinics are necessary for self harm/harm of others prevention.nnThe building, rooms, dining area and break areas are very nice and well kept. Kitchen, janitorial and adminstrative assistant staff were very professional and kind.nnGroup therapy sessions are generic coping strategies and not individualized for the person's needs. Doctors and nurses are not invested in incorporating coping strategies into their interactions but instead rely on patient-to-patient support in implementing strategies, which can be difficult depending on who is housed in the ward at that particular time and the patients past experience with coping strategies.

Most horrific experience of my life. Staff was rude and I did not get acceptable care at all ! Pretty much left on your own to suffer ! Only there a week by the time I left I could not even walk ... they put my life at risk
