Unresponsive to customer concerns.nMobile app has many problems with accuracy and up to date information. Snapshot deposits end up in wrong account or wrong amounts. Their app says deposits will happen within 24 hours but they do not.nDoes not build trust with this bank.nLack of communication and customer service only compounds problems. This bank does not care about its members.nSeriously considering moving.
UPDATE: I have joined a new bank....nJulie didnt even let me finish my sentence before rudely questioning what I wanted... not impressed!nHopefully banner bank can uphold the great customer service I recieved when it was called skagit.
I had a long day a work,lost my debit card and had to stop a the bank and a very kind woman help me out.laurie make me feel like I was home.
