Nice people they always take care of their customers
I have to agree with other ratings that the owner is a jerk, and shouldn't be dealing with customers. Other employees are great other, but you better know what you need beforehand since you'll get no useful help. The thing that makes me where I'll never do business here again was being promised a discount as well as free delivery if a lot was purchased from them which neither was honored. Prices are also high in comparison to Lossee Lumber and Ace Hardware. Both stores have a LOT more selection and knowledgeable employees that want to help you. Plus they dont make you feel like you're a burden making them actually have to do their job.
customer service is just awful! Not willing to help out and seems annoyed when you have requests. Treats you like you're an idiot. Avoid shopping here. Roper lumber ace in Fillmore is much better price wise and service wise.
Very terrible customer service. The guy who runs the place is a total jerk, always has been. The kind of guy who gets upset when you ask him to do his job.. Prices are better at Ace Hardware. Avoid giving this place your business if you can.
