Food was fine. Poor customer service: unwelcoming, unprofessional, and disappointing.nnIt took the server 10 minutes after we were seated before coming by to introduce themselves and take our drink order. We ordered drinks and had already decided on food by that point, but the server started walking away before we finished ordering. when I asked her to take our food order as well, she seemed put out and rushed off after I told her the food we would like to order.nnSomeone else brought the drinks. We then waited for over 40 minutes for our food and was ignored by staff the whole time, let alone our server. We were splitting a single sandwich, which shouldn't take that long. No communication from the server about the delay--she ran around to tables and intentionally kept her head down to avoid eye contact with other customers. The restaurant was not understaffed and 4-5 servers could be seen talking together or milling around, unrushed, inside at any given time ignoring the patio customers. After we received our food it was another 20 minutes before the server stopped by again. By this time our food and drinks were gone so I requested the check. 5 minutes later she dropped a check on our table and I had to call out to tell her it was not our check as she was already rushing away. Another 5 minutes to get our correct check--I had card in hand ready to just have her process so we could leave already, but she rushed away after dropping the check. At this point, so much time had gone by for simple sandwich and drinks that we were ready to pay and leave! The server, no joke, ignored us for 15 more minutes of us actively trying to get ANY staff's attention to take our money so we could leave! I had to go inside and stand in front of the payment processing computer desperately trying to waive down anyone to finally get someone to take our money! No, of course it was not our server who finally helped.nnOverall, we were so disappointed in the service that we will not be returning and can't recommend anyone else go either. The server ignored us, acted like she didn't have time to even glance our way to see if we needed anything. 10 minutes for a drink order. 40 minutes to make a sandwich with no communication. 20 minutes before a follow up. 10 minutes just to get the right check. And 15 more to get it processed! And that only because I imposed myself on them. The restaurant was not understaffed, just couldn't be bothered with those pesky customers--apparently had better things to do/talk about together? Unwelcoming, unprofessional, and disappointing.

This place is in a beautiful setting along the Columbia Gorge. Due to covid the eating area is outside on picnick tables only. You order from the menue using your phone online and pick your food/drink up at a table near the entrance when your name is called. The food is great and the beer is even better. Try there pear cider, it is amazing! Take a walk through the park along the river when your finished. It is the perfect stop while driving along the gorge. It is also dog friendly.

Absolutely amazing restaurant across the board! I called ahead and spoke with Brit who was the sweetest! I was on a road trip and it was getting close to 9 when I realized all the restaurants in OR close at 9 now. I was starving and didn’t think I was going to be able to make it anywhere before 9. I checked my GPS and this place was close enough to that I would make it but only a few minutes before 9. I called asking if I would if I would be able to be served if I didn’t show up until 8:55, I wasn’t expecting her to say yes but she very sweetly said no worries that it was totally fine and she would let the kitchen know we were on our way in. I was so happy and relieved. We came in and Brit greeted us at the door, she knew it was me from the phone and said she’s happy we made it and she’ll get us a seat. Our server Angel was great as well, very friendly and wasn’t rushing us at all even though it was past closed when we got our food. From working many years in the food service industry I’m used to seeing servers annoyed or not very friendly when customers come in close to closing so I was really surprised I didn’t get that vibe at all from anyone. Everyone here was great and I ALMOST FORGOT TO MENTION THE FOOD. It was so delicious! The lemon chicken skewers are to die for and the ribs were absolute fall-off-the-bone perfection!! So happy I stopped here. My fiancée is working near here now so any time we are passing through this place is at the top of my list to grab some food & beer. Highly recommend!!!

Waited 30 minutes for a table. Got seated, space is nice and open. Menu is very limited for food and beer!!! Only IPA for beer, seriously many people don't like IPS. We waited 25 minutes for anyone to come to our table, lots of staff but not 1 spoke to us. We left and went across the street to Ale House. It was GREAT!!! Truly do not wast your money.

Line of people in an un-lit entrance waiting to be seated and no one around. No printed menu anywhere and no way to even get an order to-go. At least at the last location they had speedy service.
