we just picked up our cinnamon turquoise green cheek conure yesterday and they were very nice and knowledgeable! We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a bird. (I’m not sure if my other review posted so I’ll just post it again oops!)
We made the best decision in getting our two new feathered friends from Brian’s exotic birds. He kept us updated and sent us pictures/videos through out the wait until our baby conures we’re ready to go home. They are so friendly and love to play. He was very helpful and explained to us everything we needed to know to care for them. Thank you Brian for your service and our new additions to the family ud83dudc4d
I called a few times with no answer, so I drove by and they are now located out of their house. I called again and they said It's by appointment only.nI wanted to see what they had available and they didn't let me see any birds. He just asked what kind of bird do I want? I wasn't sure. So I said a sweet bird that likes to hang out and be pet. So he suggested one. When I went over to check the bird out , he told me if I come by I have to buy the bird, otherwise I couldn't come over!! They're kind of a little weird how they do things and the person was very condescending to me. I would not recommend them.
Communication was very good and saved one for me since I was driving from a far. Family owned business. Bird was very healthy and active.nBrian was very safe, kept social distancing and gave me helpful facts to care for my new bird.nI would suggest this seller to any family trying to add a bird to their family. Also, bringing a carrier with bedding and food for the travel.nnThank you Brian and family for helping me find a great addition to my family.
Brian was super helpful and knowledgeable when I asked him questions over the phone before driving to pick up my forever buddy Tokyo! It’s nice to see that Brian puts in extra effort to know his birds different personalities and explain to you how to take care of the bird. I couldn’t be happier with my new pet bird and the amazing customer service at Brian’s Exotic Birds! Will for sure be making more business with Brian in the future!
