We had been taking Abby here for a few years, whenever we’re in the desert, and recommended them to friends. This time, however, we had a bad experience. Upon picking her up we noticed something on the top of her paw. When we questioned this they said “oh, there was a mole on her paw, I guess it got clipped. It’s okay, we put something on it”. But the worst part was that they “plucked” the hairs inside her ears and within 48 hours she had a raging ear infection. I called them to let them know what was going on and that we were taking her to the vet. There was no apology and they took no responsibility for what happened saying she must have had the infection before the groom (she did not!). After spending $200 to have her ears taken care of the most disappointing part was that they never called to see how she was doing. Sadly we will not be taking her back there.
Beau has been going to Ritzy Rover the past 10 years. He recommends them to all his friends and family. His uncle by another mother loves going there too. Beau says “they are so nice”.

Michael at Ritzi Rover is the Best located in Swan Center right behind Armandos . My sweet dogs know exactly where we are going once we pull into the large parking lot. The ladies at the dog salon always make such a great fuss over them they feel so pretty and smell just divine . A few visits ago one of the groomers found a small lump on one of my sweet babies and we took her to the vet . Thank goodness everything is ok . Just the kindness to even mention something . We all LOVE RITZI ROVER .
