They were very kind and accommodating to us and our dog who takes multiple meds. Warm and customer service oriented, we appreciate this place and would bring our dog there again!
They are fabulous here. My plane wasnDelayed and I called to tell them I may not be able to get her yesterday and they were just great. Very flexible. It turned out I made it with 30 minutes to spare but I knew Maisie was safe-and that they would keep her no problem. This was Maisie’s first time boarding here. She was so happy when I picked her up she seemed to have a good time and I could tell the staff treated her really well. Even though I did not groom her this visit she smelled wonderful. I could tell she was her and loved. No kennel smell, actually more like a flower. This place is fantastic.

Great Facility! We went in a week prior to our pup staying there for a tour and a temperament test, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we dropped our pup off for her stay she was excited to be there again. She was happy when we picked her up and quickly fell asleep when we got home.nThe grand paw is reasonably priced and I highly recommend!nThank you Grand paw for taking care of Cocoa!
