I bought shoes from this store several times. I have a difficult size and foot issues and they carry Finn Comfort and other shoes that give great support. I noticed the review below. I came in while only one saleswoman was available and she was able to address and work with me, while tending to three other customers. So whatever problem was there before has now be solved.
I told Maricarmen exactly what I was looking for and with her knowledge she found the right shoes with the perfect support for my morning jogs. She went above and beyond to research all types of shoes. She would send me pictures of different styles & colors and I chose my pair. This store has a great selection and Maricarmen can show you additional options. I would highly recommend this shoe store.
Your posted hours compared to the hours on the website, and even in your written response to a prior negative review, are all different, and are not honored! I called twice to check if you were open and got a fax tone screeching in my ear. Drove over on Sat. at 1:30 PM and the store was closed. Drove by on a Monday at 3:15 PM and store was closed. Phoned and got the fax tone again- no message on a voice mail, no hours, no “sorry, we closed early today” posted on the door, NOTHING!nHow many times do you expect me to try to spend money at your store before giving up??
Just left the store. Only one person was working. She was waiting on the only other customer. She did acknowledge us and invited the lady I was with to sit. I was looking for Sass shoes which I found, however, the employee (could of been the manager) was very busy with her one customer & never acknowledged me again. I worked retail & it is a multi task job waiting on more than one person. Did not look like she was going to be done with that customer any time soon so I took my leave & she did not acknowledge that either. So I can only rate the store for customer service. Even one star is too much.nVery disappointed (almost) customer
