I absolutely love this place! The service is axing they have always helped me with questions I have had. They are the best place around to get your critters some food or to get a critter for yourself! I have never had a problem with any of my purchases there or the service! Ok would give them 10 stars if I could.

Awesome people! Got my very first reptile; a Bearded Dragon. I had done a TON of research before I got him. I heard about The Reptile Snack Shack from a friend, so I went to pick up my new best bud some snacks, dinner,lunch and breakfast with eyes ud83dude02 I get to this place and let them know I'm a new owner. She had nothing but positive and informative things to say and pointed me in the right direction. I even went there a bit later to re-up my dudes goodies and picked up some stuff for a friend's pet and she let me know that my friend was possibly feeding their best bud wrong. Very informative people. Sometimes people take bluntness for unkindness.... I'd rather someone tell me the honest truth, than to lie to me to make me feel better with a dead or malnourished reptile down the road.. 10 out of 10 highly recommend ud83dudc4c

They are very helpful! They help me with tank issues. Temps, and humidity. Even though i didn't get a ball python from them. My snake wasn't eating, and so they suggested live for now. Then i can switch off to FT. I will get my next snake from them.
