Cool place but I found a good shoe for me but when asked for a size they’ve told me sorry this is the only size left.
I waited half an hour for a different size of shoes at this store. Definitely the worst Aldo store I’ve ever been to. Very unprofessional people. Steve Madden a few steps away is a much better choice.
I always have great service they're amazing. I love all their different handbags that they have they have great accessories also.
The customer service, location, and everything is okay here. The problem is the craftsmanship of the shoes. I bought a pair of shoes here for daily wear and they fell apart within three months of purchase. The sole has come apart, the laces have snapped, and they have become noticeably less comfortable. I don't plan on buying from Aldo in the future.
The manager and staff just are least bothered. It’s hard to trust and buy any product at this store. I would recommend avoiding this store
