I was dumb enough to cut my arm open and needed 6 stiches. I am a patient of Family Care Network and normally go to Bellingham, but due to the bleeding I needed something closer. I was able to walk in, get stitched up, and walk out in 40 minutes. I would have waited hours in the ER but this was super quick. Quality of the care (and the stiches) was great. Would certainly recommend for routine and urgent care needs.

I am a newer patient to this practice. I have had an opportunity to interact with scheduling, billing, and my new doctor. What amazes me about this clinic is that it truly has great customer service overall. Unbelievably rare in this day and age. The office staff are responsive, patient, polite, and seem to genuinely care about the patients. I called with a slew of annoying technical, insurance, billing questions and was met with an enthusiastic ,can do attitude from several different staff members. And get this,...they really answer the phone. I have had some many bad experiences with staff never being available. Not here. While excellent medical care is important, a poor clinic staff can ruin an otherwise great doctor patient relationship. These folks are truly a joy to talk to.nnDr. Pope is that rare Primary Care Physician we all hope to find. It is so hard to pick from an insurance network website. I picked her, because I wanted a DO as opposed to an MD. The approach is completely different. DO's actually listen and seek to understand the person as a whole. I scored big time picking her without knowing anything other than the fact she was a DO. She is that perfect combination that I look for knowledgeable, good listener, empathetic, and able to explain complex physiological processes in an easy to digest format that doesn't dumb down your condition. I am someone who likes to do my own research. She offered me good options along with pros and cons and empowered me to help participate in my own healthcare.

Excellent service and phone. Excellent docs, Coumadin center, labs and x ray.

Been going here for years now, reasons ranging from back aches, cold/flus, blood work, x-rays, etc. and I have never had a bad experience or any negative interaction with any of the staff. Their bedside manner is superior to any medical location I personally have ever visited. Keep up the amazing work Family Care Network Mt. Vernon ud83dudc96

I love this clinic! The staff is so nice and attentive! I know some people complained about waiting so long, but perhaps an emergency arose and another patient’s medical issue became more dire?!? Doctors and all medical staff are only human and can assess a situation better than the average person - we need to give everyone a break because we don’t know what they may be dealing with. Just my observation
