Havaianas has process two bank authorizations, which resulted in two separate bank pending transactions in the amount of $104.00 each, total of $208.00, however there was not an order processed for these bank pending transactions.nnThe pending transactions have been sitting in my bank for more than 9 days now. I've contacted Havaianas by phone, after the transactions were pending in my bank for 7 days and I'm on day 9, and Havaianas has not taken any action to cancel/clear these two bank pending transactions, in the amount of $104.00 each, total of $208.00.nnAs suggested by multiple Havaianas customer support representatives, and customer support manager, Jove Bauyon, and I've sent 2 separate emails to Havainas Corporate, which included screen shots of my bank account showing the two $104.00 pending transactions, I have not received a response back from Havaianas Corporate, and the two bank transactions in the amount of $104.00 each, and not been canceled/cleared out of my bank.nnAs of the date of filing this complaint, which is Wednesday, May 20th, I have not received a response back from Havaianas Corporate office regarding my request to cancel/clear the two transactions initated by Havainanas in error. The two bank transactions initated by Havainanas were posted to my bank on Monday, May 11th.

My 11yr old daughter & I had fun putting together a pair of green thongs with gold straps, we added turtles and white flower jewelry peices to decorate the straps on each sides of the words Havaianas. A total of $58.00 purchase, pricey but my angel is worth it to me. Unfortunately on our walk down PCH I stop at the Hyatt to use the restroom and my daughter forgot her shoes there. If you found them please let me know because I tried calling the Hyatt security today with no luck on its recovery. I'm a single mom on disability and won't be making anymore pricey purchasing moving forward. ud83cudfa8ud83dude1e
